9. Who we are / Information about the website owner
9.1. Access and use of this website is provided by CatchReport South Africa under the guidance of the (“WWF-SA”).
9.2. Our legal status is a Research project under the control of the University of Cape Town Marine Research Institute. The name of the project is CatchReport ( South Africa ) and forms part of the FishforLife project funded by the WWF-SA.

9.3. WWF-SA is an environmental conservation organisation and is registered as a “welfare organisation” as defined in section 1 of the Value-Added Tax Act 1991. WWF-SA desires to obtain funding for its conservation initiatives from supporters that share its vision of creating a world in which people live in harmony with nature, and to utilise such donations in the carrying out of its activities as a “welfare organisation”.
